Making Mentoring Inclusive, Easy & Accessible
It’s time to rethink what mentorship means. Time to make it a whole lot easier and inclusive. And it’s time for the career benefits of it to be accessible by all HBCU students .
Our Mission
In Inclusive MAP, we believe challenges are better solved collaboratively than independently. Our network from top engineering, non-profit organizations, and engineering are committed to build, retain and ensure success of diverse engineering workforce
Our Committment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We believe a diverse and inclusive engineering workforce can be driven by a more innovative and successful approach of collaboration and technology than one driven by people with homogeneous views and experiences. That’s why we have the iMAP community value and embrace diverse perspectives, cultures, and experiences of all students. The engineering workforce as a whole is currently lacking in diversity and equity in many areas and we are on a mission to bridge these gaps. Connecting all students to oppotunities to level the playing field and help create a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable future for everyone in engineering is our committment.
